When placing an order in the Kappa shop, please keep the following points in mind:
KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User to the address indicated by the User for this purpose in the order form.
- In the event that the shipping address is entered incorrectly (error or omission of any data), KAPPA SPORTS IBERIA will NOT assume under any circumstances the costs of reshipping the package , which will be borne by the user.
- We do not ship to PO boxes or call centers .
SHIPPING Shop MOVISTAR KOI Kappa:
You can place orders on the Movistar Koi Kappa Shop, not only from Spain, but also from multiple locations abroad. Shipments will be made within Spain and also outside of Spain, through a courier company (MRW).
KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL reserves the right to change the type of shipping and the company by which it is carried out, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided that it does not cause obvious harm to the User.
MOVISTAR KOI Kappa Shop Shipping Times:
When you place an order at Shop MOVISTAR KOI Kappa you will receive it within approximately
- 5 working days for peninsular destinations
- 14 calendar days for other destinations
- WARNING: Custom orders will take slightly longer to process.
These shipping times begin upon payment of the order.
WARNING : These delivery times may vary during periods of high demand (Christmas, launch of new winter or summer seasonal products, or Black Friday).
SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED:
If there are reasons of force majeure that prevent the order from being delivered within the established timeframe, KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL undertakes to inform the User of the new expected delivery date as soon as possible. In this case, KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL is released from the commitment indicated in the previous section.
OTHER SHIPPING FORMULAS CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER:
If the customer chooses a shipping option other than those proposed by KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL, KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL's liability ends at the time the shipment is collected from our warehouse by the shipping system proposed by the customer.
For shipments made using the methods proposed by our company, KAPPA SPORT IBERIA, SL is responsible for the items until the customer receives them.
IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER THE SHIPMENT:
If the courier company is unable to deliver the shipment because there is no one to accept it at the specified destination, the courier company will provide instructions to the User to arrange a new delivery date.
That is, if you are not at home to receive the shipment, you should pay attention to the messages you receive from the courier company; they will give you the corresponding instructions.
RECEIPT OF ORDER AFTER SHIPPING:
Upon receipt, the User must verify that the order matches the quantity and product type requested. If there is any discrepancy, the User must follow the instructions in the Exchanges and Returns section of these Terms and Conditions.
SHIPPING COST AND TYPES:
Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, shipping costs will always be added to the final purchase price.
The customer must inform themselves of the associated shipping costs before placing an order. Acceptance of the "General Conditions of Sale" always implies acceptance of the shipping costs.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and other taxes over which Kappa Sport Iberia has no control and for which Kappa Sport Iberia is not responsible. Such payment will always be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods or the buyer. Before making your purchase, we recommend consulting your customs office for more detailed information.
In the event that an incorrect or defective product is shipped to any of these destinations, Kappa Sport Iberia reserves the right to resolve the issue by refunding the item. Kappa Sport Iberia is not obligated to reship the item.
Return policy
SHOP MOVISTAR KOI EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:
Customers may return any item within 15 days of receiving the order, except for personalized products. An exchange or a full refund of the price paid for the item may be requested.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

To return an order, the customer must prepare the package in the same condition as received, with the products unused and labeled. Once ready, they must add the delivery note to identify the order.
- If you don't have the delivery note, it's recommended to include a note inside the delivery note with the order number, full name, address, and reason for the return or exchange (this way, Movistar KOI and Kappa can improve and grow positively). It's also recommended to notify the website that the return will be processed so that the entire system is aware of it and is fully aware of it.
