HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return any item within 15 days of receiving it in its original condition for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid. Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • To identify your order upon receipt at our warehouse, please include the delivery note or a note with your order number, first name, last name, address, and phone number in your package.
  • Return your item to the following address:

  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note that personalized products will take longer to process, and exchanges and returns are not accepted. Likewise, items cannot be exchanged; these must be purchased again.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Shipping will be carried out both within Spain and outside of Spain via a courier company (Rapid Express/DHL). Shipping is free for orders over €99.

The order placed by the user will be delivered to its destination within 5 business days for mainland destinations (except during peak periods such as Christmas or summer when new product launches occur) and 14 calendar days for other destinations after payment of the purchase.
